Rate input – rate selection from normative rate base and their input (insert) into the estimate;

Edit – estimate edit (editing rates and their resource names, norms, price, quantity); deletion or insertion of rate comprising resources; correction of estimate add-on (VAT, profit, social insurance, etc.) percent;
